  LIVECAST STUDIO ™: With these training sessions, the user has the opportunity to participate in group activities at home. Trainers, together with other participants, perform various exercises and tasks on specific equipment.
  STRENGTH TRAINING: The trainer helps you to perform effective strength training. You can choose exercises for the upper or lower body parts, abdomen, and the whole.
  REGENERATION: A set of workouts that support the body's regeneration process. The user can choose from yoga, stretching and mobility exercises, as well as walking or recovery runs.
